The Bioclear Diastema HD Matrix Closure Series is designed specifically for closing large black triangles where there is still contact between teeth, rather than full diastemas without contact. These matrices maintain their shape better than traditional ones and resist deformation more effectively. While similar to traditional Bioclear Diastema Closure matrices in creating new emergence profiles and closing gingival diastemas larger than 1mm, they are stiffer. Both versions offer predictable restoration or modification of a tooth’s emergence profile and allow for injection/placement of composite into the embrasure without leaving overhanging margins. Made of Mylar, they leave interproximal composite smooth and properly contoured. The Bioclear Diastema HD Matrix Closure Series provides enhanced performance and reliability for achieving optimal aesthetic outcomes in dental restorations.
